Are the Moonwalks Safe?
Our unites are made with fire retardant materials. They have safety exits and an entrance ramp. All four sides of the unit have mesh netting for easy viewing and ventilation. An all Yessy’s Moonwalks units have front step to make entering/exiting the unit easier and

What are my responsibilities as the renter of the moonwalk?
Adult supervision is required at all times. You as the renter are responsible for all of your guest, you are to follow all operating and safety procedures, and in force them.
Where can you set the moonwalk up?
The safest surface to set up a moonwalk would be on grass or concrete, the area should be clear of obstacles sharp objects ECT. We will place a tarp under each unit for protection from scuffs, rips, and tears. The moonwalk is also staked down or sand bagged down, please let us know ahead of time so that we can bring along appropriate type of anchoring for your event. Moonwalks must never be set up on dirt, sand, gravel, or rocks .The sand gets in the seams of the moonwalk and we can never seem to get it all out. So no sand please.
Are the Moonwalks clean?
Yes, we clean each and every moonwalk, tables, chairs, concession, etc. after each rental with disinfectant liquids.
What is the 3-1 combo?
A castle slide is a smash hit for birthday parties and any functions. It is a 13x13 bouncer and 13’ high slide attached. Ideal for parties where 12-15 children will be in attendance.
How far in advance do I need to reserve my moonwalk?
We are always taking reservations for rentals. The sooner the better. Most people reserve early to ensure they get that special moonwalk.
Does the price include delivery and set up?
No, Yessy’s Moonwalks prices are the moonwalk rentals only, the delivery is free if you are within 20 miles delivery area from our zip code area (77450) in Katy, TX. There is an additional delivery fee to areas outside of our range.

What areas do you serve?
Yessy’s Moonwalks service in Katy, Northwest and West Houston area, we also serve Sealy, Bellville, Cypress, Brookshire, Fulshear and Richmond.
When do I have to pay for the rental of the equipment?
The Full Payment is due the day of the equipment delivery.
What method of payment do you accept for the rental of the equipment?
Currently we accept cash or check only.
Is a deposited required?
Yessy’s Moonwalk does not require a deposit, but we do require a driver’s license number on all rentals.
What happens if is rains the day my party?
We will call you a day before the party to confirm you reservation. If it is raining the day of, we Will call you a few hours before the delivery time to decide if you would like to re-schedule, cancel, or Even go through with the party.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, if you decide to cancel, just let us know ASAP, so that we can offer it to other renters.
